16 Robotics Factory Startups to Exhibit at Pittsburgh’s Robotics & AI Discovery Day

PITTSBURGH— Nov. 03, 2025 — The Robotics Factory, a program of Innovation Works dedicated to creating, accelerating, and scaling robotics companies in the Pittsburgh region, and 16o f its portfolio robotics companies will exhibit at Robotics & AI Discovery Day on Nov. 5,2025, at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. The annual event, hosted by the Pittsburgh Robotics Network and part of Pittsburgh Tech Week, is expected to draw more than 10,000 attendees and will showcase the region’s leadership in robotics, automation, and AI through live demonstrations, networking sessions, and panel discussions.

The Robotics Factory is an event sponsor, and its Managing Director, Kevin Dowling, will present at 1:30 p.m. on founder updates and success stories from alumni portfolio companies.

Innovation Works is also proud to serve as a supporting partner for the Startup Showcase + Pitch Competition, part of EXPlore Pittsburgh Tech Week presented by Google and Citizens. Taking place onThursday, Nov. 7 at Nova Place, five idea-stage founders will present their concept to investors, industry leaders, and potential partners. The winning startup will receive a $10,000 prize to help advance their business. Through initiatives like this, Innovation Works continues to connect companies with the capital, talent, and customers they need to grow.

Robotics Factory portfolio companies exhibiting in the Robotics Zone include Aquatonomy (Booth 129), Beyond ReachLabs (317), Cell X Technologies (426), Clean Plate Innovations (325), EKTO VR (313), ESTAT Actuation( 311/134), ForSightAssistive Devices (410), Humotech (329), Journey Robotics (424), KEF Robotics(127), OctaPulse(317), roboLoop (317/134), SillySurfacing, LLC (317), Space Precision Systems (317), Super Powers Mobility Inc. (305), and Velo AI (408). Innovation Works (317) and its accelerator, AlphaLab( 309), will also have booths on the exhibition floor.
